Running a listening event
- Encouraging the active engagement of older people in the shaping of local authorities' housing policies is a key area of work for Care & Repair England. Following on from a successful partnership event with Newcastle Upon Tyne City Council and the Local 'Better Life in Later Life' project, Care & Repair England has published a practical guide to running a 'Listening Event' to bring together older people and policy makers.
