Stephen Will

Stephen is the Director of Eastbourne Care & Repair, an Independent HIA which he set up as an IPS in 1988 in the first wave of major government funding under the “Assisted Agencies Initiative”. He has now worked there for 20 years. He has been Company Secretary for the last 15 years.

He was a Trustee of Age Concern (Eastbourne) for 7 years at a time when it grew from a small voluntary sector organisation through to the development of a £750,000 new day centre opened in November 2000 by H.R.H The Prince of Wales.

When Care & Repair England was the National Co-ordinating Body for HIAs, Stephen served on the management committee, with observer status, for 3 years.

Stephen is a member of the Institute of Fundraising and received the Certificate in Fundraising Management in September 2000.
